Job Summary: A HouseInsuranceRates.com technical support agent will assist the management team with technical inquires and daily operations to enhance the consumer experience. A strong background in customer service is desired, along with an understanding of Microsoft Office and Windows.

HouseInsuranceRates.com technical support agents will also assist consumer assistance inquires and telephone inquires. Additionally, agents will play an integral role in determining and developing consumer relations enhancement workshops.
